Oh, the weather outside is frightful...and....whoa...wait...
Almost all of my neighbors have their Christmas decorations up and it's not even Thanksgiving yet...What is that all about???
I thought the custom was, on black Friday you get up at an un-Godly hour, shop and then decorate the house and tree with all of the family...Let's digest the turkey first before we make it all...Merry.... :o)

I. Love. Fall.
I love the colors, I love the way fall feels...I love how fall smells. Nothing better then a beautiful fall day.
I'm running around town with ideas for films running ramped through my head, lines of dialogue that I'm confusing as my own thoughts, storyboards floating around my house and constant bugging from friends and families to DO SOMETHING. So....
it's time....stand by for news. :o)

So the boys and I were out on our morning walk and we came across a dog that we had seen roaming about before. This makes me mad. Not only was she out and about, without a tag and muddy as hell...but she was also dehydrated. I couldn't let her keep running about by herself, I didn't want her to get hit by a car. So, we took her in.
I gave her a bath, made sure she had plenty of water and let her galavant with my boys around the house. LUCKILY while we were all walking our last walk of the night, her owner was driving around looking for her. I called her Lucy all day because she was mean to Charlie and Snoopy was smitten with her...just like in the Peanut Gang. :o)
Oh...and I got this pretty awesome picture out of the three of them...so the day wasn't all frustrating! :o)
Since this is the second dog I've come across without tags I really should get my boys tagged...just in cases.

I wouldn't say that I'm unlucky in love. I'm just not the luckiest. They say you have three great loves of your life...and that scares me. The one I had drained the life out of me when it was over...To know that I potentially have to go through that one more time to get to the next is scary odds. How about I just get one more great love and he ends up being the love of my life and we live happily (almost always..haha) forever?
I've loved more then just that one...but I wouldn't call them loves of my life...just...spending time until I get to my next stop, if you will.
Lately there has been this guy that pops his head in my life from time to time. We don't live any where near one another...but when we talk it's like there is no distance between us. The problem is that we run hot for a solid day...and then cold for about a month...and it's frustrating.
What my head says is to just go with the flow and enjoy it. I mean, it's good when it's good...but my heart wants so much more. My head usually wins out in the end...so instead of struggling back and forth with the two...I should just side with my head.
But life is short...why waste another day?

I mailed out my absentee ballot last week and I went with Shaddai (my best friend sister) today to the voting polls. I'm so excited. I feel the excitement in the air. Every where I go, people are talking about the election. They are excited! AND places are giving away stuff!
Free coffee at Starbucks, Free doughnuts at Krispie Kreme, and Free ice cream at Ben and Jerry's!

Tonight I saw my musical Jesus in concert for the first time ever! I'm so excited!!!! Ryan Adams and the Cardinals ROCKED ME HARD!!!!

I'm in St. Louis for work. Work! We're at a casino right on the river. Every room is an awesome suite with three HD TVs, King size bed and a sitting area. 
The tub will be used by me every night, if I have my way!

This really could go to any of the guys from my past, in all seriousness...but in my head, as I took this picture, I was only thinking of one person.
For three years I shared my life, my heart, my home with one person. One person. For three years, he shared his life and responsibilities with me. I don't think he ever really loved me...just loved that I loved him so much. I was foolish and I really should have known better...but you live and learn. I promise you this much...it'll never happen again.
If I'm not happy...I'm walking.
